Return Policy

Our primary goal is your satisfaction. If your purchase does not suit you for any reason whatsoever, you can return your products accordingly to the terms and conditions of Boutiques Leclerc Chaussures' return policy. You have a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice to return any product purchased through the Web Site,  accompanied by the original copy of the invoice. The return, on the other hand, will be at the customer's expense and related costs shall in no case be claimed to Boutiques Leclerc Chaussures Inc..

 

Any returned product must not have been worn. Any returned product must be returned to us in its original packaging. When you return the products you purchased, a credit in the amount of the purchase will appear on the credit card used to make the transaction as soon as we receive the product and that we will have been able to see that it is intact. If the product you purchased through our website is defective and you see this defect after wearing the product or after 30 days, contact our customer service.

 

Any return from outside Canada must be sent by mail. The customer is responsible for filling forms properly as Boutiques Leclerc Chaussures will not be responsible for any duties, import charges or brokering fees. If any fees are charged, we will refuse the delivery. 

 

Unless a specific arrangement specifically related to Boutiques Leclerc Chaussures Inc.'s return policy, the other terms and Conditions of sale continue to apply.
